Ocena wyróżniająca dla kierunku studiów informatyka w Instytucie Informatyki UJ

W dniu 10 marca 2011r. Prezydium Państwowej Komisji Akredytacyjnej podjęło uchwałę o wyróżnieniu kierunku studiów informatyka prowadzonym na Wydziale Matematyki i Informatyki UJ przez Instytut Informatyki.

Lectures for PhD students

Project English++

The English++ project was carried out by a group of 3rd year students from the Institute of Computer Science in 2008. It was inspired by Monika Stawicka, the English teacher from the Jagiellonian Language Centre of the Jagiellonian Universty, who transformed the way the English classes were conducted. The result of the project is a complementary English course book for computer science students and their teachers. The paper version or e-version of the English++ book can be used for self-study or in the classroom. A reading chapter "An Introduction to the Modelling of Real-World Problems by the Simplest Ordinary Differential Equations" by Stanisław Migórski can be found on the web page of the project.
